If your child is covered by dental insurance, please remember to bring your insurance information with you to your child's appointment. We file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We are happy to do this, however, in order to make it cost effective and efficient; we ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time of treatment. Please keep in mind, however, you are responsible for all fees incurred for your child’s care, regardless of insurance coverage.
So that we can focus on great customer service and patient care, we offer payment plans that are billed automatically with our convenient VISA EZPAY system. A credit card number will be kept on file and the EZPAY will charge your credit card automatically when your insurance payment is received if there is an additional balance. Any overpayment will be credited to your card. Your receipt will be e-mailed the same day, eliminating statements, check writing, and postage.
